I've been coming here regularly for about two years and usually order the iced latte with vanilla foam. For a long time, it was always delicious. Perfectly smooth, flavorful, and the foam added something really special.
In the past few months, though, the foam has become inconsistent. Since it's made in batches, sometimes it comes out perfect, but other times it's clumpy and uneven, with bits of cream cheese falling into the drink. It really changes the experience and makes it unappealing.
Most recently, on July 17, the foam was extremely thick and dense, with so little of it that the swirl marks from pouring stayed visible on top of the coffee. I pointed it out to the girl with dark hair that had made it for me, but she noted that it's made in batches so may look different but that it's all the same ingredients. I already knew this, but that doesn't change the fact that it's genuinely unappealing and not okay to serve a drink like that. It didn't look or taste right, and unfortunately, I ended up throwing the drink away.
I love the concept of the vanilla foam, it's what sets the drink apart, but consistency matters. If it can't be made reliably smooth, it might be worth rethinking the recipe or adjusting the process. Until then, I'll probably hold off on ordering it again, which is disappointing because when it's made well, it's excellent.

Most importantly they have great coffee! The service is always Laguna laid back and friendly and they offer some fun seasonal drinks (Blueberry Lavender Latte for summer is delish).
Light eats if you need something to get you by.

It was very nice, they had a little area for my 1 1/2 year old son to play, the staff was very inviting and the coffee was great. We had caramel cappuccino's and they were not super sweet and just a wonderful compliment to the coffee flavor. We had 3 different pastries and they were all delicious as well. We will be going here every morning while we are visiting the town. 10/10

Ouch. Not what I was expecting :( Did my research the night before on a good coffee spot to take my mom to, who was visiting from Mexico. A tiktok I watched sold me to come and we were really excited to try it. Ordered 2 lattes, one vanilla and one lavender/vanilla and 4 different pastries. Giving it 3 starts only because the pastries were delicious, even the gf muffin was great. The coffee, however, which we were most excited for was terrible. I would give the coffee zero stars because I wasn’t able to drink it and ended up having to toss it from how acidic and heavy it was on the lavender taste. It had a chemical type of after taste and my teenager who always likes to try my coffee thought the same. My mom’s was honestly no better and she said we should’ve just stopped for a drive-through one somewhere else :/ which was disappointing because we drove almost 40 minutes to come here. I’ve ordered this same coffee order at several other places and it’s never tasted this heavy of lavender. Also to be sure of this, when I was ordering, I asked if the vanilla or lavender would be very strong and the guy helping me told me they could do half the amount that’s usually added. But instead, it honestly tasted as if they had added twice the amount. Ended up with heartburn and a stomachache after a couple of sips.

Visiting my boyfriend in OC this weekend and stopped by this place on a whim — so glad we did!!!! This is hands down the cutest coffee shop I’ve ever been to, and that’s saying something (avid coffee enthusiast here)! Everything is fairly priced, fun coffee options - I got a blueberry lavender latte (a littleee strong on the lavender 🧼 so I’d recommend less in the future) - and the staff is incredible :)) I didn’t catch his name but the barista who helped us was a tall, younger guy with a buzz cut, fun shirt, and a very kind smile and he was an absolute gem 😆 come here next time you’re in the area!

Great coffee! Had a cortado and a cappuccino. The refrigerator to the left when you walk in is packed with delicious options. No idea what the pudding cups were called but I got them and really enjoyed them

Got a Lemon poppyseed muffin and it was so good. But the iced vanilla latte I got was awful — was so bitter and tasted nothing like vanilla.
If you like stronger tasting matcha, I do not recommend. Their matcha is more milky and not as strong tasting. They also didnt really mix the powder in well. But, their coffee is really good! So its a personal preference on how you like your matcha.
