Jersey Mike's never fails me. I love walking into the BHC store and being welcomed by the friendly staff! They're always fast and very nice. My usual are #10, #8, #9, and, of course, the #26. They make my sandwiches and have me on the road in no time. Gar and Kabrin are rockstars!!!

The plus side of the place is that it was close to the hotel and less expensive than the on site restaurants. I got a sandwich there twice during my 6 day stay. But- I don’t eat meat and they’re quite limited in toppings that are vegetarian. Subway has at least twice as many. A regular size veg sandwich, a drink & chips was just under $15 bucks. They close at 8 p.m.

On 4/9/2025 I went in and asked a question the girl completely ignored me and laughed at me. She had such a nasty attitude. We went around 12:30 PM so whoever that curly haired girl is she needs to be fired or whipped into shape. I’m absolutely disgusted with her behavior. Never ever coming here again!!!!

Employees need some training in customer service. It’s been a few times that I’ve came to this location and felt unwelcome and uncomfortable by employees. My most recent visit would be my last due to the staffs poor customer service. I walked into an empty restaurant and 4 employees talking amongst themselves. (Them talking wasn’t the problem) The issues is that I had walked in and wasn’t greeted. I then made the initiative to greet the staff and even THEN I still wasn’t acknowledged. I awkwardly stood there for about 30-40 seconds before I was finally acknowledged. The establishment needs to do better.

The sandwiches always great here, they make it exactly how you order it. The breads and other ingredients are fresh and flavorful. I love the Philly Cheese steaks, they do a really great job on those. The place is always clean and the staff is friendly. I like to order on the app so that I don't have to wait in line. There is limited seating at this location, one table inside and about three tables outside, where it is a little noisy due to the coast highway traffic passing by 10' - 20' away from the tables. There are about 8 parking spaces in the back of the building.

The two guys closing yesterday were cool, the red head guy was really helpful and patient whe. I had a lot of questions about the menu. The sandwhich was really good except for the mayo which i realize i should have subbed for a diff sauce or no sauce. I got the club with bacon turkey and provolone i believe the number 9 and no charge added the signature mikes "juice, spice blend" with tomatoes lettuce onion maybe that was sufficient for sauce. From ths first bite the sandwhich was so good and on the rosemary parmesan bread is so good. Thank you guys.

The service and quality at this place match that of a Jersey Mike's. They serve a substantial and delicious sandwich, and the service was both quick and friendly. Convenient parking is available in the back, and there's a delightful ice cream shop next door for those craving a sweet treat afterward. I'll definitely return for the convenience when I'm in the area.
