The food and service are always at a Montage Resort level. Nick, Van, Joshua, Christian, etc. All of the staff is amazing. You won't find better service in Orange County. The food is consistent and good and quick. Enjoy the views, conversation and meals. They are the best in so many ways. If you spend over $125 (I think) you can get free Valet parking.

Incredible views! Ceviche was delicious and the cocktails were made perfectly. Our server (Kevin) was very personable and always available to us. This will be a regular Sunday spot for us.

I celebrated my birthday with my best friend and we had a wonderful time. We arrived at Montage earlier, enjoyed the Mai Thai cocktails at the bar in the main lobby with the ocean view and live piano music. Then we walked to the Mosaic Bar & Grille. The food was delicious, so as the cocktails. The view of the ocean is mesmerizing. The personnel was amazing. Everyone was so helpful and caring. Great experience! We will be back :) The valet parking was complimentary and it was a nice touch.

Beautiful space! Everyone we interacted with were very accommodating and sweet. The food was great - we got the nachos, poke bowl, tacos 😀 love coming here and then walking to the beach after. The validate parking too!

The food overall was mixed. The gazpacho had an unpleasant flavor, almost like it was made with bad oil, which really threw it off. On the positive side, the salmon carpaccio was excellent, and both the linguine pasta and the burger were solid. Service, however, fell short—very slow, and no one checked on our table in a timely way, which was disappointing for the prices charged. Dessert was also a letdown. The menu didn't say much, but the waiter described it as being made with a yeast-based dough, similar to beignets. What we received, however, was more like a plain donut, which felt misleading and disappointing. With more attentive service and greater consistency in the food, the experience could be much better.

 The hostesses at Mosaic bar they were very selfish and rude , when I was there with my partner, she just staring at us with other lady next to her they were just chatting together and did not even say hi ??? and after I said hi to them , then she started to talk and she said, How can I help you?!? No Hi, After I told her that I have reservation for 6:30 PM, very rudely she just want to give me one table right next to the bar, and I told her I'm sorry I did reserve a table with the view and you have 4 table available with the view that's what I asked for and she told me no they're all reserved for other guests and I told her, also I did reserve and I did ask for view as well!? And nobody is here right now why they have priority , she said no I'm sorry I cannot give them to you , She and her partner did just want to argue with me!!???, I never had such a problem with the hostess in my life as I remember!!? and after she checked my file, she said yes it said here you asked for view as well,, then she started to talk and she said for 6:30 PM very rudely, then I said what's the difference between the other guest and us, why you don't want to give me a table with the view?! by the way, we dress up very nice and very elegant as well and we had in mind to go to studio Mediterranean, but would like to try for the first time at this place, also it was my birthday and I really had a bad experience at that Montage hotel. I don't think so I will go back there anymore or recommend anyone to go there, and my partner also she's not happy with those hostesses, but altogether everybody else at the hotel, they're very very respectful and nice. Service from parking your car in valet to sitting at your table was perfect. We had a beautiful view of the ocean at our table. Our server was very friendly and responsive. Food was delicious, pole bowl was huge and delicious and the burgers are excellent. My new favorite lunch spot in OC.

Amazing restaurant and bar, way better than the other restaurant on the property. I only wish they stayed open later.
