Service from parking your car in valet to sitting at your table was perfect. We had a beautiful view of the ocean at our table. Our server was very friendly and responsive. Food was delicious, pole bowl was huge and delicious and the burgers are excellent. My new favorite lunch spot in OC.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful dining experience at Mosaic Bar and Grille with my amazing husband. The atmosphere was enchanting, with stunning views of the ocean that made our meal even more special.
We decided to indulge and ordered the lobster sandwich and the lobster salad. Both dishes were outstanding! The lobster sandwich was perfectly prepared, with succulent chunks of lobster nestled between fresh, toasted bread. It was paired with crispy sweet potato fries that complemented the sandwich beautifully.
The lobster salad was equally impressive—light, refreshing, and bursting with flavor. The combination of fresh ingredients made it a delightful choice for a sunny day.
The service was impeccable; the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect meal.

We made a reservation for Christmas Eve. The day prior they called to confirm and I mentioned I heard it might rain. She said she totally understood and it would be no problem to cancel and if I liked, she would put us on the waitlist at the Loft. To begin our festive evening, we arrived an hour early and enjoyed cocktails and appetizers in the hotel lobby. However, when we went into the Mosaic Bar & Grill it changed. The waiter who escorted us to our table said, as we were sitting down, “the chef has informed me the kitchen was closing soon” My husband asked to speak the manager however the same guy came back and said we could order from the bar menu. Yet, a lady sitting next to us had a steak dinner. We asked the manage to see if we could eat at the Loft, since we saw open tables as we passed by. He came back and said they had to leave tables open for hotel guests. Needless to say we got up and walked out.
We enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Mosaic Bar & Grille. The food, view and service were excellent.

Ocean view, variety in the menu & lots of healthy options, but no surprise, very expensive, I skipped the 18$ for a small glass of Pinot Grigio(least expensive wine choice). Nachos for 26$, smaller portion than on previous visit, serious... tortilla chips & cheese could be a tad more generous.
