I always love South of Nicks and the food but I am disappointed that the butter cake is not a gift for those I bring for their birthdays. I was really disappointed that I was charged 14 dollars for this. Melodie Davis
One of our favorite Mexican restaurants in Orange County. Nicks regular restaurants has reputation for excellent food, great service etc. This has continued with the "South of Nicks" Mexican restaurants. Food is very good and different that just tacos and enchiladas, this is a way above average dining experience. From the chips served at beginning(the best we have found anywhere), the accompanying 2 salsa/bean dip are excellent. The Cadillac Margarita is also the best...
Always a solid dining experience at South of Nicks. We overlooked the ocean, dined on yummy appetizers and ice cold drinks. Cucumber marg was delicious. All of our entrees were a delight . Our server was great, believe his name was Bryce. Chatted it up with Joe (director of hospitality)! Loved the interactions, our family had a great time!
