Starfish-Laguna Beach is one of our favorite restaurants in Laguna Beach. The food is amazing. The cocktails are creative and innovative and the service is excellent. Special shout out to Connor behind the bar and our waitress Leslie.
The happy hour at Starfish is always a good value. However, my most recent experience was tarnished by a newer system for paying the bill. They have the portable unit that the server brings to the table, which may not be that new for this restaurant. But, it was the suggested tip page which I don't remember seeing before. While it's common to conclude the billing settlement with the tip page, I've always seen the suggested tip presented as something along the lines...
We had the best time at Starfish. I've been to both locations multiple times but, this one was the most memorable. Our gracious server, Leslie, was so sweet and always made sure we were happy guests! I've already made a reservation for Mother's Day!
