I wanted to try out a new boba place so my bf found this place on Google Maps. I didn't have any expectations, just wanted to have a cold drink. was craving boba over the long weekend and south of irvine, the choices are fewer than i'd like. didn't want to go to my usual spot and was recommended ChaPlus by a coworker. i arrived late afternoon and was warmly greeted upon entry. the cafe is nicely put together with indoor and outdoor seating. it smelled like warm vanilla which is a nice inviting scent. think it was their bubble waffle iron making orders for customers. the owner answered my questions and explained that all...read full review

The waffles here are AMAZING and the workers are literally the nicest people i've ever met. they're all so friendly and welcoming. the boba here is also incredible. i've never had anything like the waffles before. and also, their shop is just so cute! there are lots of pretty plants and comfy couches and tables. this is definitely one of my favorite boba shops.
