What an amazing evening at Ironwood in Laguna Hills. We had reservations for 5 p.m. and were greeted by the gracious host and also Art our amazing server. The ambiance and cozy feeling of the restaurant set the tone for a lovely dining experience. Heard about the duck wings as their fav and famous. Tried them, was disappointed. Maybe I am not a turkey dark meat fan. The honey-Lemon sauce did not do the trick for me. The wedge salad was fresh and tasty. The dressing was heavy, but I could have asked for light dressing. Had their Salmon. It was good. They prepared it exactly how like it. This place sits in a strip mall, and from the outside doesn't look like much. I can assure you this is a top notch restaurant in every way. The Service was impeccable (Steve was awesome). Recognized it was my wife's B-Day and provided a wonderful (complimentary) desert. The Chefs special (swordfish) was on-point and a good price point. They pay attention to details. Good vibe in the place. We will 100% be back!
