Pengo Drink Station

We love Pengo! My daughter always has the watermelon cooler and i get the Taro mill tea. Yummy!

Meh. Whoever was making drinks tonight towards closing time at 9:45pm was not very good. I asked my drink to be made extra sweet, blended with ice and I got extra bitter with half blended ice at the top and half straight liquid at the bottom. I could’ve sworn I paid $7 for this drink ?

I was just there and I spilled my super size drink, embarrassed didn’t know what to do… they gave me a new drink without charging me again and they didn’t let me feel bad… lol, such a nice staff…

The service here was horrendous they were not friendly what so ever, everyone in there looked like it was a nuisance that anyone even entered the shop. The inside looks like a school cafeteria, and with the treatment of patrons by the employees and managers, it really gives off gastation vibes. The drink itself was good, so I'd recommend just going to another location if you like boba. The company is great, this location is not

The customer service is extremely poor at this location. Every so often they have a new ridiculous policy. At first they would split cups. They required us to split our own cups. Then they increased their pricing, then they changed their point system from 70 points to 90 points for a free drink. Now, they won’t even give you an additional cup to split the drink! Nor will they allow you to purchase a cup with boba! I literally spend over $100 per week at this location. I will not be back! Not to mention, one of the cashiers that is usually here is extremely rude!!
