Tucked away off the 5 freeway on the campus of St. George's Episcopal Church in Laguna Hills, Tacos de Birria Estilo Guadalajara makes some of the best birria tacos in Southern California, and definitely among the top in Orange County. Hidden Gem for Delicious Tacos!
I recently discovered a fantastic little spot, Tacos De Birria Estilo Guadalajara, tucked away inside the St. George Episcopal Church parking lot. My GPS initially had me confused, but a small, hidden sign in a planter confirmed I was in the right place.
The tacos were absolutely delicious! I had the special, which included three Tacos de Birria with Consome. Each bite was a delightful reminder of how great this hidden gem truly...

Friendly staff. Amazing food. Best birria I've ever had. I will say within the last year or 2. It does feel like the atmosphere has changed. It feels more corporate than it used to. It's lost some of its charm. Luckily the flavor has stayed the same.
