Was really disappointed with how little frozen yogurt they fill the cups with here. I’m not even talking about how high they fill but rather the actual amount in the cup. My cup was 1/3 empty around the sides and barely came over the top. I usually go to the mission Viejo location because they are really generous with their portions and totally regretted coming to this location today.
I did not catch his name, but shout out to the guy working on January 1st around 6pm! This guy was so on point, while there was a constant rush, and line of customers. He was very attentive with each of customers. There was a line out the door, and he stayed calm and collective, and did his job well. Good job dude! Keep up the good work :).
I try and visit this location on weekends. Once again I do not expect anything extra just $3.00 of yogurt for my mini. I have been visiting this location for 25 yrs . The last 2 weekends once again disappointed , the new gal actually served me such a small mini I saw the empty bottom of my cup and it didn't reach the top of my cup. She said the owner said we have to keep them small . I then went to the Pico location , same owner , friendly employees , and the texture of yogurt...
