Possibly one of the worst services I’ve seen in a while. These people are working at a snails pace. We waited 20 minutes for them to even take our order, let alone get our stuff.

I came into this location yesterday while it’s close to my home, and there was a big rush (some ppl with 2+ kids w/them) around 1-2ish I don’t remember exactly what time but these 2 young men kept their cool and worked hard to get the orders out. Big Kudos to them, I told them that they were doing a great job! I seen some of the customers faces some acting like you owe them the world, so I definitely wanted the 2 male workers to know someone noticed the hard work they put in! Thank you for my Mocha smoothie😊

We came here a bunch of times and never managed to get a juice. Their orange juicer is always out of order. A juice place that has no working juicer, fantastic!

I came in on 11/03 at about sometime around 11am. There was a young girl and boy working & as i walked in i didn’t know where to pay & the boy had pointed over to a corner & said “you order over there”. So i walked to the area that he had pointed to and a young girl attended me. She was very shy, i could barely hear what she said & she just kept starring at me without saying a word. I was trying to pay and i think i had my card in the wrong area & she just kept starring at me until i asked her, “ is this the correct area to pay?” and she said yes & continued to stare at me struggling until i finally got it. They finally made my drink while both stayed talking/gossiping. Once the guy had finished doing my drink, he had the audacity to say “mango a go go is done” while facing away from me, then pointed & said , “ straws and napkins are over there.” then continued his conversation telling the other girl about all of his problems in life. Idk what his intensions were but someone needs to teach him how to do basic guest service.
