My recent experience at this Subway location was excellent. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted promptly and warmly, creating an inviting first impression. No restrooms. Calling on all delivery brothers for NO GO here. As a UPS driver I won't come back here. Bought 2 sandwiches by app and requested them toasted, but got untoasted, I didn't complain. While eating, the guy came and warned that the ice was not FREE bc the owner said so. Ok then I am not going back for sure!!!

No bathroom facility. No handwash sink. Sanitizer dispenser without any sanitizer!! Extremely bad service. Negligence towards refilling the dispenser. Making the customer wait indefinitely until she's done with new incoming customers. Refusal to refund the money paid due to her terrible service!!! No apologies of any kind. No action to remedy the problems at hand. No courtesy of any kind.
This person should be fired ASAP!!!
She should never work in a food service environment of any type.

I’ve visited this Subway location several times, and each time I’ve encountered the same male employee who is consistently rude, unprofessional, and carries a terrible attitude. He clearly has no interest in providing good customer service and acts like serving customers is beneath him. It’s frustrating and disappointing to be treated so poorly when all you want is a quick, simple meal. Management seriously needs to address this, as it reflects very poorly on the entire store.

Seemingly average Subway location, I live local so I’ve been here quite a lot, have never had issues with service (ladies working are always appropriately nice/polite). One thing to warn about, I’ve given the Krunch topping two tries and both times they were insanely stale, which ruined my sandwich, so I don’t get that topping anymore. Quality of food isn’t good enough to get on its own (this goes for any Subways, I’d rather have Jersey Mike’s), so I only buy when there’s a BOGO deal on the app

Back then i must say the food was better, it seems like that their sandwiches have became smaller or became thinner. and its not normal. Def shrinkflation. Great service though.

Almost every time fresh!It can take time, so I can’t say that I am here every day, but if I am after lunch time, most likely this is where I get the bite.

On multiple occasions now I have gone into this subway at 830am to get the breakfast sandwich I love for my wife and I. It is listed online and in the restaurant that they open at 8am so I figured giving the 30 minute buffer time before I go in should be good. Every time I have been told the food isn’t ready yet and they can’t serve me. Today I walked in and the girl said while pointing at the condiments “as you can see I’m not even close to being set up” so I asked what time they open she said “830-9am” I then said it was 830am currently and why they advertise they open at 9, to which she replied “sorry can’t help you”. I don’t understand why you would advertise an opening time at a business that serves food then turn customers away that come in after opening to get food. Extremely irritating, and I’ve only had this experience at this location.
