Not digging the forced kiosk use to order, prefer the assembly line process at the Spectrum location. It goes MUCH faster and you can see exactly what's happening.

Poor quality today and threw away most of my salad. Some of the chicken under cooked mixed in with well cooked chicken. Quinoa in a big chunk and hard, basalmic vinegar tasts like sugar is in it and found out too late after pouring it on. Big disappointment. I would like to eat here several times a week.

Unfortunately, this location uses a conveyor belt/robot to prepare the food. This takes longer than the standard food setup and customization is extremely limited. I feel really bad for the single employee I see running around.

I highly do NOT recommend this location. Find a place that has the regular service line. You can't even access a water tap.

I love getting the harvest bowl here! (Although personally I sub out the goat cheese for an egg) Its been my treat dinner during finals and they always deliver. It is a bit pricey for a salad, but they are seriously good, and good for you so I dont mind spending a bit more. The restaurant is usually empty or has 1 to 2 people which can be a bit odd, but I usually get my salads to go so I don't mind.

Food is delicious. Lots of options to customize with. Healthy alternative to junk food elsewhere. Don’t let the other reviews fool you simply because a worker was inexperienced and gave them smaller portions than they expected. That shouldn’t reflect on the quality of the business. I highly recommend!

Delicious! Many options to choose from. I’m vegetarian and gluten free and their menu has a large selection for me. I ordered a “create your own” bowl and I had enough for lunch for two days. I will come back for sure.

Its not worth it. We order garlic steak bowl, the steak portion was so little. Its like a baby portion. It said 37gr protein, but more to like 10. My man ordered the chicken honey bowl, also the chicken portion was little. Not worth the price. Barely any protein.

I have wanted a place like this for a long time. It's a solid mix of real food that is both hearty and healthy. I have it for lunch and dinner sometimes. The food is great. I always take out the the space is funky with a patio.

The space is cool, it’s a Sweetgreen… They all look the same, but the food was really mediocre. We use to eat at Sweetgreen up in the Bay Area and the food was solid. But we just had the driest salads with barely any dressing and the protein serving size was really small. The only highlights were the drinks and the focaccia bread 🥖 The employees were also nice, but the food was just unbearable. We tossed it half way through and left.

This place blew me away with their quality of food and the taste was amazing. Highly recommend! The rosemary focaccia bread was fresh, soft and tasty. The dressings said no seed oils. I LOVE this place and can’t wait to try the location in Laguna Niguel.

I have an issue with the kids meals. Since the meals are done by a machine the workers sometimes are unwilling to understand that children would not want cheese on their apples. So usually we are able to ask for them on the side, sometimes we get yelled at that we need to pay for them even though I explain that we just don’t add the item to the meal even though the kids meal covers 3 items. Honestly it really comes down to who is working and how personable they are if they are willing to help. It really turns us off from returning even those really enjoy the food.

1 STAR for ATMOSPHERE because IT'S FREEZING IN THE RESTAURANT.
1 STAR for SERVICE because the order was not what we paid for and you don't order with an employee but with a machine.
They expect a tip before you receive your order and before you know if the order is correct.
Our orders missing key ingredients and instead of the green ginger beverages we received green lemonade. We didn't find out till we got back to work.
No taxes on tips and minimum wages are $20.00 and up. The food is good when it's prepared correctly and it's expensive. We no longer see a need to tip at this establishment since we can't trust what we're are receiving and paying for is what we actually ordered.
