I mean it's Taco smell what do you want
The people that worked there were very nice and tried hard to provide good customer service. However, it seems like the flavor of the food changed. The burrito had poor flavor.

Is Taco Bell's gone way down the drain. I've been going here for over 30 years. Portion sizes are half the staff forgets items all the time they moved all the sauces to the back. This is really embarrassing. They take forever to even get to the front desk. They don't even want to work there. Really terrible experience. Oh yeah, the food has just gone downhill. Would love this place since you can’t get a tasty meal (relative to the price) regularly for as cheap as the BYOB. However, the wait times can be really slow (I’ve only done mobile orders), reaching past 30 minutes for orders at times. On my recent visit though I was compensated for the high wait time, and it’s clear the location is just understaffed, so I don’t put it on the employees.

Had the drive-thru attendant refuse to correct a happy-hour drink error, and then refill it with the wrong drink again. I learned two days later after looking at my credit card statement that he charged me for an additional drink at full-menu price without mentioning it during the interaction.
