There's been a few times that I've been told that it'll be 10 or 15 minutes before they can even take my order! Huh?
I can appreciate when they are very busy with a lot of people on site, but when you are just working on phone or online orders, a 30 second pause to take an order isn't out of the question. Especially when the employee that is supposed to be the supervisor is moving like a sloth.
Just poor service. With all of the competition...

Went in on 6/7/24 to get a sandwich and it was SO GOOD. The employee helping us was very attentive and overall I liked the decorations and mood the location created.

Parking: You have to park in the lot circling the building then walk to the front of the store because the front faces a busy street.

Kid-friendliness: Kids eat for free some days but they have to be present. Make sure you look for that sign.

Always a fan of firehouse and this one is extremely well laid out and nice. Friendly staff and delicious food

Vegetarian options: Very small if any vegetarian selection. My daughter gets a veggie meal but that's just tomato's and lettuce on a roll. Mostly carbs
