I had a wonderful experience ordering and receiving my daughter's cake for her 8th birthday. It was super simple to give them my ideas and they ran with it. We received rave reviews from the party guests on the look and the flavor of the cake. I would certainly order from them again.

Great custom cake for my wife birthday she loved it

I ordered a custom cake for my son'e 1st birthday and it was perfect! I loved the ease of getting a quote, uploading inspo photos, and the overall communication was great! Also the cake was sooo delicious! All the guests were raving about how delicious it was! I will definitely be using them again for future events!

I have used Cake Bash Studio for my toddlers last two birthdays and Brittany is fast, amazing, creative and her cakes taste great! She always makes my vision come true and her customer service is outstanding!

I love this place and have been going for a few years now. The cakes always look stunning, but this year I was disappointed. My cake was smaller than previous years, the fondant topper wouldn't stay up and the nose fell off, a guest found a hair buried in the frosting...
I'd still try again and the staff is lovely.

I love this bakery and I am always impressed with their concepts and their baked goods. Since Im a huge fan of their guava desserts which take me back immediately to my visits to the Dominincan Republican, so thank you for the yummy desserts. and the valentines tres leches cake

They put a tons of sugar on cake that not even kids want to eat that . So disappointed with their service . I was expecting a great tasting cake . 👎 and too expensive we paid almost $200 for a small cake . I do not recommend this place at all .

Absolutely recommend it, Wendy was very communicative & responded all of my questions & concerns! They were able to deliver my cake as desserts! They were absolutely delicious & very talented! They fit in perfectly with the theme & she was able to bring this vision to life! Thank you ✨

My wife and I bought the coquito egg nog for the holidays. Delicious! The service and atmosphere are exceptional. We'll return for some cup cakes I was nearly drooling over! LOL

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs

I ordered a cake for my son's fourth birthday and gave detailed instructions, including a picture for reference. What I received was an absolute disaster. The cake looked nothing like the design I provided—it was placed in a flimsy, cheap cardboard box and arrived completely messed up. To make matters worse, the taste was so terrible that it was inedible.

I had to scramble at the last minute to find another cake for the party, which was incredibly stressful. While mistakes can happen, what shocked me the most was the appalling way I was treated by their manager. Instead of addressing my concerns, they were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They refused to issue any refund, ignored my emails, and showed zero empathy for the frustration they caused.

This place lacks basic customer service and decency. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this bakery if you care about quality or being treated with respect.

Wow, wow, wow! I cannot even begin to express the beautiful custom cake made for our son's 5th birthday party. Cake Bash Studios came through, and went above and beyond in delivering on both appearance and flavor. Me and my guests were raving about how beautiful and delicious the cake was (inside: chocolate, bananas, and whip cream). I definitely recommend Cake Bash Studios! Also, of course I am going to support a fellow Boriqua!! We plan to try new things!!

Although I have lived near Cake Bash for years, I only recently tried them out to see if they might be a good choice for our wedding cake. We bought a couple cupcakes and we were BLOWN AWAY. Never had such a moist spongy cupcake in the Valley. We ran our design by them and they said they could do it. The finished project came out incredible looking and served everyone at the event and then some. Our guests were raving about the cake, asking where we got it, getting the name of the place. People were having two or three slices each. We couldn't have been happier with our choice and working with Cake Bash was so easy and professional.
