I ordered and paid for my daughter's birthday cake in person with 2 weeks notice. When I went to pickup today, no cake to pickup. Manager is worthless, careless, pitiful soul.
This place doesn't make cake in house. They purchase from outside and by the time you get your cake order, cake is dried out. Don't use this bakery because it is not a bakery, it is store only
Ordered a cake for my grandson for graduation is was awful for a 110.00.. Cake was dry frosting looked like a dried up mud slide.. The writing on the cake was at 1 st grade level., I did try to call Ms batter up would not return my calls .. This is the first review I have ever wrote on a business .. Shame on you Batter/up other people work for a 110.00 dollar gross cake we tossed it in the trash .
