I'll probably never return to this location. Management or owners need to seriously rethink some of their staff and Managers on Duty. We went to this location yesterday to try their breakfast sandwiches for the first time. We ordered, and about 20 minutes later when we still hadn't received our order we were told it was given to someone else. They then tried to quickly replace ours by not paying attention to what we ordered and made my bagel sandwich on a bagel I didn't order....read full review

Baskin-Robbins is a friendly location with a drive-through and an inside Dunkin' Donuts. The restaurant offers a wide assortment of ice cream flavors, drinks, and pre-packed ice creams. Prices may be a bit high at $5 a scoop, but kids enjoy it here, and the rewards club offers free scoops on birthdays. The service is good, with friendly and helpful staff. The indoor and outdoor seating areas are clean, making it a great spot to grab a treat.
The cake decorator is very accommodating to customers' questions and concerns. The cakes are beautifully presented. The employees are nice and offer samples freely. However, some customers have reported issues with the pricing of the "half and half" option, where they are charged for two scoops when it's just a single scoop with two flavors. The bubble gum flavor also contains bubble gum pieces, which some customers find unappetizing.
