Wow so impressed by the tenderloin lomo saltado! Probably one of the best that I've had. The meat was just so tender, so juicy and flavorful. It was perfect. Veggies and fries still crisp, but sauced and sautéed just the right amount without becoming a soggy mess. Pricing is pretty standard for this dish, especially with the quality meat. Worth the splurge ;) Located in a strip mall, nice area, plenty of parking. We ordered takeout, food was ready as promised, great service!
This was our second time eating at Inka Mama's and the food was equally as tasty both times.We had the Empanada's (beef and chicken) and Shrimp Causa appetizers, and the Maracuya (passionfruit) drink. We're glad we tried them but they aren't worth the price.We had the Cabrito Norteño (Lamb stew) and Chupe de Camarón (Shrimp soup). The lamb had a little gaminess that helped enhance the flavor. The shrimp soup was pleasant and reminded me of my mom's homemade soup. Would recommend...read full review

Omg. The food here is soooooo good. I love mama's scampi. Gotta love spicy though. My son loves the fried rice. The amount is huge. There is a soup their chupa de Cameron that is to die for!
