Wow so impressed by the tenderloin lomo saltado! Probably one of the best that I've had. The meat was just so tender, so juicy and flavorful. It was perfect. Veggies and fries still crisp, but sauced and sautéed just the right amount without becoming a soggy mess. Pricing is pretty standard for this dish, especially with the quality meat. Worth the splurge ;) Located in a strip mall, nice area, plenty of parking. We ordered takeout, food was ready as promised, great service!

I have ordered jalea for the third time. I allowed error and special circumstances 2 times before but today is the last drop to my full glass. I am guessing that they re- fried the seafood to warm it; that is the only way that the calamari can taste as leathery and tough. Even the potatoes are old: dark and tasteless .

The lomo Saltado was seasoned well, but the tenderloin was underseasoned and was a bit tough. The meat might have been a bit overcooked. The portion was a bit small. I feel like I could have eaten two plates lol. I wasn't a big fan of the sauce for the bread, but that's just me I guess. The ambiance was cute and cozy.

This was our second time eating at Inka Mama's and the food was equally as tasty both times.We had the Empanada's (beef and chicken) and Shrimp Causa appetizers, and the Maracuya (passionfruit) drink. We're glad we tried them but they aren't worth the price.We had the Cabrito Norteño (Lamb stew) and Chupe de Camarón (Shrimp soup). The lamb had a little gaminess that helped enhance the flavor. The shrimp soup was pleasant and reminded me of my mom's homemade soup. Would recommend both dishes!For dessert, we had the Sweet Francesca. Absolutely delicious, if you like plantain, but was almost too sweet from the condensed milk.Overall, the food is flavorful, the service was great, and we enjoyed it but we're giving it 4 stars due to the price.

I loved the service and the food (especially the sauces) is also delicious but could be of better quality. Peruvian food is always fresh and very homemade, and unfortunately it didn't feel that way because the vegetables were frozen… the prices don't correspond. My only advice would be to change that!
