Did not meet my expectations based on previous BWW experiences. Burger was a over cooked, fries tasted like grease and my beer was flat and off tasting. Wings were very good.

Most BWW doesn’t charge a cover for UFC yet this location always charges a 10.00 cover. IMO they don’t warrant a cover with their mediocre drinks and food

Better than most BWW I have gone to. This is the Game day location for us. They accommodate to our request for screens selection. Food is alright, it used to be better.

Didn't cut up huge chicken tenders in a salad. No knife. No ranch. Friend walks back over from our hotel. They tell her that they have no disposable knives and give her a tiny little container of ranch. Didn't even bother eating it. You guys are a joke

Best b dubs in Orange County. All the other south oc locations are absolute garbage. If you go to any other location it’s gonna suck.

When I show up to pick up my order there is never any one around to serve me. Last time there, I had to walk through their kitchen calling out for a server so I could retrieve my order. This has happened on numerous occasions. Wings are good, but they must be extremely short staffed.

I have been a customer for quite some time, yet I have never encountered such a dreadful experience as I did today. The waitress, Stephanie, took an excessive amount of time to bring me my bill, prompting me to request assistance from another gentleman to obtain it. I intended to redeem my points through the app; however, both the waitress Stephanie and the manager, Josh Yamamoto, displayed a lack of professionalism that prevented them from allowing me to redeem my points. I displayed my phone to Stephanie to demonstrate that I had redeemed my points to be deducted from my tab. She asked to see my phone for verification and it appeared that she clicked on the refund option, which means I will not be able to redeemed points. Josh Yamamoto, who claims to be a manager, suggested that I was merely seeking a free meal, as he was unable to process my points from the app. He even engaged in an argument with my wife regarding our desire for a complimentary lunch, when in fact we simply wished to utilize our app points. I sincerely hope that someone from the company conducts a thorough investigation into Josh Yamamoto, as his behavior as a manager was exceedingly unprofessional, arguing with us instead of assisting with our concern.

Bartender tonight was a major jerk. Came in with my fiancée for some wings and beers. It was Wednesday and I figured maybe they had some deals 🤷🏻‍♀️

I asked the bartender after he served us our beers if they had any specials, he rudely glared at us and said “uh no. Only Tuesdays and Thursdays” and then he walked away and completely ignored us the rest of the time we were there. We were waiting for him to ask us if we wanted anything to eat but nope, looks like the innocent question I asked triggered him and made him assume we were cheap.

Our beers came out to $17, we left $20. Which to be honest, I felt was generous for him pouring us beers and doing nothing else.
As we were walking out, we noticed a server talking and laughing to the bartender and loudly saying “wow pathetic” and made eye contact with us as they made their comment.

We took our business to the sushi spot next door. Talk about entitled! We will NOT return to this location. Rudest encounter we’ve had in years!

Don’t tell The Anaheim Ducks 🦆, but I’m about to take out (Buffalo) Wild Wing 🪽 & eat that Chicken 🐔!
