Anyone leaving a low review hasn't eaten at too many pho places. If you want low priced pho, this is the place. It's very very good. It won't blow your mind but it's a staple of the area.
Thanh Binh has awesome pho, the chicken pho is my favorite. The Calamari is the best and enough for 2 people to eat.I have come here for many years and the customer service is excellent, exceptionally friendly and outstanding-from the moment you enter until you leave.Thank you :)

As Thanh Binh is just off the five freeway, it is an easy stop halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego. The restaurant is clean. The Vietnamese food is exquisite, the ladies’ restroom and kitchen are immaculate. When it comes to delicious Vietnamese food, this is our go-to restaurant.
