Came in for UFC, we didn’t have a reservation but they accommodated us. There was a cover charge of $10, which was fine. All the TVs had the fight on, I had hoped that one of the screens would have had the local baseball game on, but what can you do! ? Service was great, food came out fast, refills were a plenty. I’d definitely recommend this place if you want to catch the fight! Make a reservation though!

I ordered a burger on GrubHub from a business called Wild Burger. When I got there I couldn’t find the business in the parking lot so I called the phone number to ask about it.The woman who answered was so rude, sarcastic, and unhelpful. I called and a woman said, “Buffalo Wild Wings, how can I help you?” I asked if this is Wild Burger and she yelled while slowly stressing each word of the name with a lot of attitude, “BUFFALO … WILD … WINGS … how can I help you?” I said I am trying to find where to pick up my order because the business name is Wild Burger. She dismissively said the burger is a menu item.I walked in and no worker was present, it was a ghost town in there except for my lone order on the wire rack.Even my receipt doesn’t mention the name “Buffalo Wild Wings”.

I was there on February 9th and enjoyed the meal. The meat could be a bit softer to make it more enjoyable in my opinion.Service was just a bit slow, but I think it had to do with the fact that I visited on Chinese new year and some servers must have taken time off.

It is still my favorite bww, but dam hugo, our server was just not doing it. I seen him around, and when his friends show up his mood changes. He definitely needs to stay away from the service counter and stay with his friends. Great bar tender, but definitely not great on customer service.

We wanted to watch the Michigan vs Alabama game, they had it on several screens and all the big screens. Servers were awesome the 4 hours we were in the building, nice and clean place, good prices, lots of families present having a good time. We are new to the area and this will definitely become one of our new spots to stop into.
