Amazing food. The price is worth it for what you get. It’s cheaper than a lot of places now days. You can go to fast food and spend the same amount of money but you get quality here. Service was awesome, they are very helpful and attentive. Love this place. I got the medium which was the perfect spice level with full of flavor..

Great hot chicken that's not too oily or overly salty. Perfect mix of moist and tasty. Also enjoyed how big the patty was on the chicken sandwich, great portions. Their mango lemonade was also not too sweet. Guy at the register was friendly, restaurant looked very clean.

Chicken not too greasy not too dry, very delicious, very much of it, terrible TERRIBLE service, the lady barely said a word and ignored me. probably because of my striking eyebrows. they strike like vipers!! Overall, chicken good. Fries, decent! Like little lady fingers. Sjörben like!
Came from out of town stopped by cause I was craving hot chicken decided to give this place a try. The restaurant is very nice The food was great I would give this place 5 stars but sadly I'm doing 3 because the front cashier lady had a sneezing attack and sneezed into her hand and instead of washing your hands as you do logically she went straight to touch the box of food someone ordered and then touched more food and then still didn't was he hands just wiped it on her clothes not once went to disinfect her hands.

First, I'd like to make it clear that I feel really bad writing this, but I'm doing so in the hopes that the owner or manager will address this issue. I was there a couple days ago at lunch time, and an older woman working the register was on her phone, on speaker, and she was SHOUTING (not exaggerating) into the phone. She SHOUTED the entire time I was waiting for my meal, the entire time I was eating, and was STILL SHOUTING when I left. The food is very good, but the atmosphere is absolutely RUINED by this. Sadly, I was there several months ago, and she was sitting at a table, SHOUTING into her phone for a very long time. This is ridiculous and if I go there again (?) and she's there, I will turn around and walk out. Very disappointing, but easily solved. Perhaps she owns the franchise, otherwise the boss would tell her to knock it off. BTW, the place was empty when I was there -- hmmm...wonder why?! I just don't want them to go out of business. :(

Our family had a fantastic meal at Crimson Coward. The food was great, especially the onion and chicken, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend for a family outing. Pro tip: extra sauce is a must!

My girlfriend and I went yesterday. Staff was nice, but the lady at the cash register was eating ice cream, which would be fine, but she then went into the kitchen to eat it while preparing our food. Then with the same gloves used to eat her ice cream handled our food. A different guy who prepared the other half our food used gloves, so he was alright.
