Tonight she turned out what was going to be a disaster birthday for my roommate and totally turned it around for me. They were out of the deliciously AMAZING Oreo Cream Pie Cookie ( IF YOU HAVNT HAD THIS YOU'RE TOTALLY MISSING OUT) for the day and it was 20 mins from closing. She went above and beyond to make sure I left with enough Oreo Pies and then some to complete my birthday desert gift and I cant THANK HER ENOUG!!! “This was my first time ever trying Crumbl Cookies. Today only 11/6, Crumbl Cookies is offering FREE Chocolate Chip Cookie Thins for each visitor that comes in for one; no purchase necessary.

This was a great way for me to try them out for the first time. When I first walked in, I didn’t expect the place to look so clean!

It was spick and span and there were cookies laid out in front. There were two women working at the time. I didn’t catch the name of the girl I spoke to.

I came in and asked her if they were giving away FREE Cookies today and she said they were. She told me what to press on the machine to order my cookies. She wasn’t very friendly though. I placed my order she handed me my cookies and I told her this was my first visit.

Usually when I tell a business that I’m a first-time customer, they’re more open to explaining what they have, who they are, their process, etc. I don’t get that this time. I also noticed after I grabbed my cookies, she kinda spied on me in odd way as I was leaving.

As far as the cookies, I honestly didn’t expect to receive two! I give them a 3.5/5. They tasted like chocolate chip ginger cookies to me, which was good.

I may visit a Crumbl Cookies again if they have some better flavors I’d like to try and some more warming customer service.“

“i really like crumbl!! i would totally give this 5 stars but this specific one though is closest to my house and they have not done any special hometown picks or fun features that other crumbls do through the app. i have been waiting to see some fun hometown picks for the RSM location but sadly i only see Foothill Ranch doing it. Compared to Foothill Ranch, the RSM crumbl customer service is mediocre, as no one seems like they want to be working there however the cookies are great nonetheless i just hope i start seeing more fun stuff in the app for the RSM location!!“

“These cookies are amazing and best in Orange County. We got an assortment of 4 cookies in a bright pink box that the family loved as a desert treat after dinner. They had chocolate chip and frosting and sprinkles on their cookies.Love this place with great service as well.“

“The cookies are delicious, definitely would come again. They have weekly flavors, so you never get tired of the same old cookies. I got the Benson Boone Moonbeam Ice cream cookie, and it’s amazing. My favorite cookie, however, is the original chocolate chip cookie, it’s super sweet and warm, and topped with sea salt. Luckily, the original chocolate chip is always a choice of cookies you can buy.“

They're located inside a nice plaza with plenty of free self parking.

The restaurant is clean with near decoration. I love the white birds on the ceiling. When you enter, there's a large menu over the cashier. There's also some fake model dessert case on the left side displaying some of their popular products. It gives you an idea of what it like like before buying.

I got the pamelo and mango with sago.

Everything is made to order. Therefore it takes a few minutes to prepare fresh.
It was so yummy and refreshing. Doesn't feel sinful since it actually has real fruit lol

The prices are ok. Portions are just right.

“I wanted to eat red bean shaved ice, so I went there, but my child also wanted to eat bungeoppang, so I packed bungeoppang and red bean shaved ice. While waiting for the red bean shaved ice, my child and husband each ate a piece of bungeoppang, and it was so delicious that we will buy it again tomorrow. I pack it up and write a review right away on my way back home. The owner and his wife were very friendly, and as we sat down to eat for a while, the owner even gave us some juice for the kids to drink~~
If you haven't tried it, please try it. Highly recommended!!!!

and!!! I came home and ate red bean shaved ice. They even included an ice pack while packaging it!! It didn't melt at all, and they put a double layer of red beans on it!! Rice cake is also included!!

“I was craving Kokonut Dessert Bar pudding but it was 2 minutes before closing and when I called, I-… I wasn’t ready for the unreal customer service I received shortly afterwards. They,

A. Answered the phone 1 minute to closing
B. Listened to me explain my “situation”
C. Disregarded the fact that they had no obligation whatsoever to serve me because they hadn’t received an order via postmates in my name
D. Served me anyways. After closing. Even though I wouldn’t get there for another 20 minutes to pick it up
E. Said it was on the house
F. Kindly left my sealed order sitting neatly atop a flower pot just outside the store entrance, and followed up with a text containing a picture of where to find it.
