Order from here either from the app or online ordering and you’ll end up paying for a drink they don’t have. They don’t update their availability and then it’s your problem to find something else. This used to be a great location but the manager changed, the staff changed, and now it’s terrible. Won’t be back at this location

Very rude staff.....as I sit here listening to them talk horribly about customers. Not what I brought my kids here for. Note this location ever again. And to think the lady behind the counter doing most of the talking is old enough to be the other employees grandmother. Teach them better!!!

I hate to say this, but the coffee here is terrible. Dunkin used to be my favorite, but the last year, at this location anyway , coffee tastes like it is either burnt or has been sitting for hours.

I went to Baskin-Robbins, Not DD, for ice cream. The business is clean and well served, the associate who helped me was friendly and helpful. Because the store is shared with Dunkin Donuts, the B-R 32 space is only the length of the counter as is the DD space. There are some inside tables, too, so it's actually fairly comfortable!
