I want to love El Pollo Loco and sometimes I really do, but this last visit capped off a run of poor service. I went through the drive through and order one of their "limited edition" chopped chicken salads only to receive a shrimp salad. The food was servicable but it wasn't what was advertised. Their "chopped salad" was just their normal salad with slightly different ingredients. It was not chopped, just normal greens. Disappointing.

The restaurant was very clean, when I ordered, Mary was very friendly with a very good attitude, while I was waiting for my order I went to the bathroom and I was surprised by how clean it was. It's very rare to see such clean bathrooms in fast food restaurants... which I really appreciate.Excellent place to eat quietly
