Honestly if it weren't for HappyPenguin I probably would eat less, or I just go straight for junk food... I love their menu variety, and every week it changes and updates. They're affordable, convenient, local, and make the most sense for folks with busier lives like us.

Just had my lunch - a portion of the chicken, mushroom and asparagus on rice. It was absolutely delicious. No gristly spots in the chicken, and no woody portions of the asparagus stems (both of which I have had in other pre-prepared meals from other vendors. I heartily recommend Happy Penguin!!!! (this is all that is left from that delicious meal I just enjoyed!)
