This place was clean and the waiter was on his game. He came multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. I recommend coming here with awesome service provided. Food was great so my respect for the cook as well.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered an omelet that was nearly $20, only to discover (by taste and texture) that it was made with liquid egg product rather than freshly cracked eggs. If this is the standard at IHOP, it should be clearly disclosed on the menu — especially at that price point. The difference is obvious if you’re used to eating real eggs, and the flavor and texture were frankly unpleasant.
The pancakes were also a letdown. They weren’t undercooked, but somehow dry and gummy in the center at the same time, with an overcooked exterior. The texture felt heavily processed rather than freshly made. I don’t mind paying for breakfast when the ingredients are real and the quality is there, but charging premium prices for industrial egg products and processed batters feels misleading.
Other restaurants do use freshly cracked eggs, and the difference is noticeable.
I hope IHOP considers being more transparent about ingredients or offering an option for real eggs — many customers would gladly choose that. Until then, this wasn’t a good value for the price.

Dishonest location. Waitress said if we ordered a breakfast combo we can get all you can eat pancakes. I ordered a breakfast combo and when I asked for more pancakes she said that only the omelet meals come with all you can eat pancakes. I told her that is not what she said earlier but she denied it and said if I wanted more pancakes I would have to pay for them.

Greeted right away and seated. Staff was friendly. The service was excellent. The server continually checked on us. The place was clean and well kept.
It had been years since I have been to an IHOP. I have to say I was suprised at the great service and food selection. AMERICA our server was amazing, she was efficient, friendly and went beyond to make our meal special. I also want to acknowledge the young man who worked the front. He was nice, he handled the crowds efficiently and had everyone seated in a timely matter. My only recommended for management is to remove one or both the round tables behind the cashier. We were originally sat there but honestly it was so uncomfortable. But the staff moved us right away! Highly recommend this location!

Mario did a great job. The place was a bit busy He handled the whole place solo. He did everything from wait on tables, clean, ring people up. Everyone was helped, including a group of high school kids. He made sure to check in on everyone, rotating around to everyone, even getting the extra requests and refills. He had a positive attitude and a big smile no matter the request.

We had breakfast today at IHOP and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! Our host, Angel, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. The service was fast and the food was extraordinary — everything came out fresh, hot, and perfectly cooked. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the service shine like this.

That place reminds me of an average guy. There is nothing really to be excited about, nor something that deserves a huge complaint. Just one average Joe trying to stay where he belongs. I would rate it 3+, but there is no option, so 4 stars with a little bit of a handicap.

I was expecting a good size portion for a breakfast. What i receive does not feed a grown man well. So small, does not even fill my plate...had to get a little of my gf and son to get full. Very disappointed 😞....

I love IHOP, but this location wasn’t the best service. They said they had a pipe leak and that’s why they couldn’t take care of my order as it should be. I think they were busy fixing their kitchen.
