One time I saw the employee cleaning the floor / drain and then came to make my drink. They did wash their hands first thank goodness but why not save that for the end of someone's shift. Today I saw stacks of blenders with left over drink in it (who knows how long sitting there for) on the clean counter where food is served. I'm guessing they should wash as they go. Unfortunately, I won't be back as I don't want to risk ingesting something that's unhealthy or harmful.

So disappointed. We normally love Jamba Juice. My daughter's acai bowl was chunky/ a whole banana placed without cutting into pieces. My chocolate Moo'd was watery and tasteless. Had I not already been off driving prior to leaving I would have returned to the counter. Sad that it was not an enjoyable experience after a great soccer game.

I went in today to get my husband and I smoothies that we usully always order. But when I went inside the two employees that were serving everyone did not seem to want to be at work and were complaining about peoples orders. I dont know what happened with other peoples orders but they didnt seem to give any care to the recipied or orders of those in store and when we got to the car and drove away our smoothies not only tasted like soap or something spoiled but they tasted nothing like they're supposed to!
I wish I could get a refund and some more positive attitudes from those working here!

Whoever manages inventory at this location needs to be fired. Two out of three times I order something here they don’t have some important ingredient like strawberries, bananas or acai. Most times they just replace it with something else, or like the last time I ordered, I got there to be told, oh we don’t have it. Well, nobody got time for that. This was my last time ordering at this location.

Advertise sign on the door said buy one get one free 2 hrs before closing. Show up 1.5 hrs before closing, server said she does not know because she does not work at this location. Then she said she thinks only one hr before close, reminded her that sign said 2 hrs. She said she thinks only one hr and would not honor the advertising sign. Thanks for your customer service.

I placed delivery orders here twice. The first time, they were out of an item, and I said that if that item was out of stock, I would like to cancel the whole order. They ignored it, still prepared the rest of the items, and attempted to force me to pay for the items I did not really need. The second time, I ordered three drinks. When it was delivered, one of the items was missing, one of the item was wrong, and no straws were included.

I found out that my daily orders of fresh ginger shots with lemon were done with moldy ginger. An eye opener to customers who come to this location. What else are they doing wrong? No decency. No integrity. No one doing quality control?
