The bulky guy with the beanie is a great dude! Hardworking and accommodating. Loved that he was focused on delivering great service . He deserves a raise and bonus!

Great place! We were actually headed to Dunkin’ Donuts because my toddler demanded a donut on the spot — but I managed to negotiate a healthier option instead, lol. I didn’t know about this franchise before, but I’m glad we found it. Loved the vibe, friendly staff, and the handmade pizza was really good!

I gave the store high scores when you walk in they're very helpful friendly and have patience while you're ordering what you want I have to say I do not like ordering this food through doordash they don't do as good a job when they're making the food the salad is not filled up like they would do in person and it seems like they just give you the most small pieces of food my in-person visit is much better than delivery

My wife and I had a pleasant time here on a Saturday around 2 pm. Not busy at all. Clean place. Inside and outside seating available!

Prices were decent I thought. It’s about $10 for a 11” pizza. Our was like $13 because we asked for gluten free. Came out to about $30, 2 pizzas and 1 medium soda. No complaints here.

Pizza was good. Flavorful and crunchy. Delicious. Staff was friendly also.

I cime here for lunch nearly once a week. But the long-time General Manager just left. So I'm hoping that someone else kept notes because the guy ran a great restaurant.

LOVE MOD pizza. Love I can load up on toppings and not pay extra. 1 price per pie, gotta love it. Fully customizable pizza, thin crust, total win for us diabetics. Type 1 and 2.

Got some serious attitude from the girl working the oven, my pizza was flimsy and undercooked. and she ignored me when I asked for something... They usually WONT put the SAME pizza back in the oven, they have to make a new one from scratch, its hit or miss if you get one that is cooked properly, and everyone at these pizza joints are young teenager or just near that.. look online you will see they have CLOSED almost all the locations in Orange county...not sure if there is a connection there.
Try BLAZE pizza or another family owned spot.
