I really do like how you can totally customize your pizza and not be overcharged

Not a fast place. It took 40min to get 2 "grain go pocket pies. Stuff was too busy doing other stuff to stick them in the oven. Guys before me took 15min putting every topping on their pizza, going through the 30 toppings the place advertises and deciding if they wanted them. Would not come backParking: Parking is good and easy.

Won’t be coming back here. Way overpriced. Place was dead except for two older people ahead of me. Stuck in line while they meander around and decide what they want then add to their order after it’s been rang up. They hit you up for a tip at the register, then gave my pizza to someone else. Not sure how that happens since they write the name on the ticket that goes with it. So they eventually call my name I get up there and it’s the wrong pizza. After a few moments of frantically looking around for it, the employee says they will have to remake it. So killed my lunch break waiting on them to remake the pizza.

For some strange reason I've been avoiding MOD by the Ralph's shopping center on Rockfield. This place was amazing, not only do they have a large assortment of toppings but they are included on the pizza price, so whether you have one topping or ten, it's the same. 10 to 13 dollars in average per pie. This place easily puts Brizzio to shame. Brizzio's pizza tastes like amusement park pizza and I was afraid MOD would be the same but boy was I happy I finally gave MOD a chance. You should as well. They also have nice soothing music throu a Bose sound system so I really enjoyed dining in.

You can add any toppings and it's the same based price. Healthier choices than your average pizza chain.

Overpriced flatbread at best. Not worth the price. 2 drinks and 3 mini pizzas for almost $40... not worth it at all. First and last time. Staff was decent, but nothing memorable.

This place is located across from the Five Below. We put in an online order to pick up at this location. To pick it up we had to go to the "online order pickup" and dictate the name on the order. They handed it to us. Because of traffic we got here past the scheduled pickup time and the pizza was only lukewarm when we started eating it. It's not their fault but that construction on El Toro affects travel time, as well as the number of cars on the road making it hard to get into the parking lot. We ate in the parking lot. There was seating inside but we elected not to use it.

It's a flat bread not pizza. Staff isn't helpful or courteous. No customer service. Not even have any sort of attire that you can recognize customers from employees. Funny that I have to ask 2 customers for help.
Absolutely amazing fresh thin crust pizza! Love the specialty pizza vibes and the inside is super modern. MUST TRY the Pumpkin Spice desserts for sure! Amazing food and loved the Calexico pizza! Thank you for the exceptional service Carolyn* and keep up the great work!!!!

Food is good. Service is terrible. The people are nice, but incredibly slow and disorganized.

Four stars are for this style of pizza restaurant. Overall, very good for the chain genre.

Good service and food. Although, if it's busy, expect to be waiting for your food for a long time. Especially at night

Came in around 11:30AM on a Friday to beat the lunch crowd. I guess having one customer (me) in the whole establishment was too much for the two young girls working. Neither greeted me, but were fully engaged in a personal conversation with each other. I stood around for 5 minutes before one of the girls said 'I'll be with you in a minute'. The other girl went and then helped a pick up order right away. Stood around for another good 5 minutes. Both girls looked at me and did absolutely nothing. Terrible terrible terrible customer service. I ended up just walking out. I wanted to ask both girls what their names were, but refrained as I didn't want to embarrass them both mentioning their names in yelp. Will never return.
