All flowers to the guy that just dropped off my sandwich, corrected my order and delivered it to me personally. Thank you so much, that was super nice of you, I really appreciate. Now of all try to take baby steps by showing kindness and generosity, our everyday life experiences would be better these days.

Food is great. Service, in relation to wait times, is not acceptable. Need a better system to more accurately predict, and do not process orders out of sequence.

1st time here on recommendation from friends and I had mixed feelings. The guts of the sandwich were delicious. The chicken was juicy and flavorful, sauce was tasty, almost everything was spot on. But the crunch dutch bread almost ruined it all. I was assuming crispy like toast or garlic bread, but this stuff was a rock and took forever to chew. I ordered for pick up @6 and picked it up like 5 minutes after 6 and ate it during my bowling league in the lanes in the next parking lot over. Luckily I got the suuuuper tasty pasta salad and that softened it up a bit. Im gonna give it another go with different bread but man, if the bread is rock hard, its like eating fruit with a rock hard peel. The middle is great but its wrapped in an awful almost inedible exterior
This was a great great sandwich. I got the Hero with the works except onions and pepperoncini, it was so balanced and delicious. I would definitely visit again

This was my 2nd time to Mr Pickles. The first time the sandwich was amazing with a great soft sourdough roll. Unfortunately this time the dutch roll was completely stale and hard. I had to pick it apart from the roll. I really was disappointed. This will probably be the last time I'll be ordering.

1:45 on a Wednesday afternoon, 6 employees working. I’m the only customer in there. Not one person acknowledges me to order for 3-4 minutes. It was like I was bothering them. Food was decent but lack of service will not bring me back.

First time getting lunch here. I really enjoyed my Italian Sandwich on Dutch bread. I'll definitely be coming back to try other sandwiches. Staff was working hard and we're very friendly. And yes, they also have whole and sliced pickles 🥒
