I come to this establishment, due to it being so close to my work. Staff is always so nice and helpful. Location is clean and convenient. Smoothies are always consistent and delicious. Always leaving me satisfied.

I have been frequenting this location almost daily for a year now. Started off as a cold drink in the summer while I'm working, and quickly became my go to spot for lunch ever since. The staff have always been very friendly and welcoming. I recognize a lot of the employees upon arrival. In my opinion that translates into consistency of product. They always seem very pleasant, even during what appears to be a hectic lunch time rush. Using the app certainly adds a level of convenience. I simply walk in, say hi, and usually have my order on the counter shortly after that. There happens to be another location in very close proximity to my house. I still find myself driving out of the way on the occasional day off to this location, simply for the service the team provides and the overall quality of the drinks they make.

A "1" rating is probably not deserved, but if I do a 2, 3 or 4, no one will read it. People always loos at the 5's and 1's. I need to bulk up, which means more protein. So I asked how much protein is in a scoop of their protein and at first she didn't know and then she said 5 grams. NO protein powder has only 5 grams; it wouldn't be worth producing something that weak. They are usually 20-30 grams per scoop. I didn't ask further. I get real tired of shop clerks not knowing the products they sell. Then she packed the mixing container with ice so that the drink was the consistency of water and had the taste of slightly--and badly--flavored water. All that for a whooping $11.29 plus tip. I shoulda just stayed home and thrown yogurt, a banana and Whey Protein in the blender.

Made 2/3 bowls completely wrong!! Workers said they couldn't compensate me with a refund. Tired of places like this the nektar over in Ladera Ranch is the exact same.

This is best Nektar location. Seal Beach/Long Beach locations is one of the worse locations. They skimp on ingredients. Erin is the best at this location.Also last year 2023 around August/ September. I came in about an hour before closing and there was two Latina females working and they also gave me good customer service.

My order was ready by the time I got there and kept cold/fresh in the fridge. I love the Strawberry banana smoothie!
Acai bowl is so good, however it took over 20 minutes to make it. There were no customers in front of me when I got there, but the guy who came after me was served over 10 minutes before me. I didn't find the staff particularly nice, but not rude. I even tipped well when I ordered. Not coming back.

The staff at this location are really friendly, outgoing, and they always provide a friendly smile. Nektar's juices and smoothies are always fresh and really tasty. I do wish they would bring back a child size for little kids. Thank you!

So disappointed. I came here to treat my kids after a Basketball tournament and got the worst service. Ordered ahead in the app and it still took 30 mins to get the order. While we waited, the three employees talked crap about their shifts and other coworkers loudly using swear words for everyone in store to hear. So off putting! I had to follow up on the order after a long wait and she said we are working on it. I said that it had been 30 mins and the girl didn't apologize or say anything other than "here" when she handed it to us. I have a lot of patience for food service workers because I have been one myself. I don't have a lot of empathy though for people who are unapologetically rude and stuck up. Really bummed I just wasted money on something that was supposed to be a treat and ended up being a negative experience. :(
