Jett was incredibly helpful. The epitome of Customer Service! It was my first time and he took the time to walk me through the menu choices. The food was wonderful and I am giving this place 5 stars for Food, Atompshere and most of all, Great Service! I highly recommend it. I will definitely be back!

People there were nice. Did was so over processed. Chicken tasted weird. Gummy texture, for the meat too. How did they do that. It was grilled breast but texture was like a restaurant bagged chicken finished on the grill. Yuck!

This place is definitely Ono!!
It’s a pretty basic Hawaiian menu eatery with fair amount of seating is very clean, but the environment was kind of bland
But that’s OK because the food made up for it. The menu covers all the basics..
The price is very very reasonable in fact it’s a killer deal. I had the Hawaiian barbecue mix plate and egg guava hand pie..
The mixed plate was a lot of great food for not much money. The teriyaki beef was a good size portion and a little on a sweet side, but tender.. the barbecue chicken was also tender and flavorful. My plate came with two thighs. The best part and I did not expect it was this combination included a short rib. The short rib was actually tender and very, very meaty. The mac salad was basic and the two scoops of rice was decent rice.
The guava hand pie was very good. It was sweet, but not too sweet and actually taste like guava on a nice pie crust. I’ve never had one before, but we’ll definitely get another one.!

The service was quick and very genuinely friendly. The establishment was basic but very clean. I could see the staff cleaning up right after someone left the table. They’re on top of it.

Ordered through the app and took 25 minutes for my order to be completed instead of the 15 min that was estimated. Also, I saw my order ready at the counter for three minutes before someone could hand me my order. Food tasted great otherwise. After I got my food and went outside to eat, I realized there was no fork or napkin inside the bag. Walk to the drink dispensers and found they only have knives there and no napkins or forks. They were getting busier and had to wait in line to get a fork. I recommend either remembering to pack forks in the bag or have forks where you put the knives by the drink dispensers.. don’t know why that’s not there already. Whole ordeal took like 25 minutes to get my food.

Newly opened store so probably won’t come back until a few months later until they get their groove. I do love Onos though, I hope they figure it out!

The bathroom and entire place was exceptionally clean and when they messed up my order they fixed it with no problem and gave me extra protein for the inconvenience.

I had the Katsu Chicken and not only was it amazing but the portions are pretty hefty and prepared fresh unlike fast food restaurants.
Highly recommended.
Plenty of outdoors tables and parking available.

Amazing opening night! We got a free second plate! The food was incredible. Loved the chicken and fish! The salad had a delicious dressing. My whole family loved it and will be coming back for sure!
