Great Service and even better food!

place is great. Good service, Good food.

Being ignored for ten minutes after we were seated (whilst the manager was watching a sporting event on television) and then seeing the manager blame the host in front of us didn't set the tone for a rather pricey dinner out.

Came for a late lunch. Albert, the manager, was very hands-on and came by to check on us a couple times after seating us during a low staff time. Our server Sarah was impeccable and pleasant in her service. Enjoyed an exchange of jovial parenting jokes with Albert as he observed our tween. Food and drink were consistently good as compared to past visits.

Great family night out. Food was yummy, but service was excellent! Our waiter, Matthew, was friendly, attentive & on it! We never had to ask him twice for anything. Deserves a raise!

I can’t say enough great things about Brett and Albert! Brett is absolutely amazing, he remembers all of my family’s allergies perfectly and always makes sure we’re safe and well taken care of. That kind of thoughtfulness and consistency truly sets him apart and makes every visit comfortable and stress free.

Albert, as the manager, sets the tone for such a welcoming and professional environment. You can tell his leadership is a big part of what makes the whole experience so smooth and enjoyable. He’s always present, attentive, and kind.

Together, they make a fantastic team, and we always feel genuinely valued when we’re there. Thank you both for your outstanding service and care!

Brett provided excellent service and was friendly. We were there when is wasn't too busy, but Brett was constantly in motion. If he wasn't waiting on people, he was cleaning tables, benches, and light fixtures. He's a real asset to Outback. They're lucky to have him!

This evening we celebrated a birthday dinner at Outback Steakhouse in Foothill Ranch and had such a great experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely delicious—we enjoyed perfectly cooked filets, a flavorful ribeye, and some tasty shrimp that hit the spot.

Our waiter was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. At the end of the evening, a gentleman we believe was the manager, Albert, stopped by and graciously offered to take a family photo for us. He went above and beyond by clearing the table to set the stage, making sure everything looked just right—he truly made the picture perfect!

All in all, a great meal with wonderful service. Thanks to the Outback team for making our celebration special!

Our outback experience was fantastic. From the atmosphere to the food to the servers. Tara was awesome and served GREAT drinks, food and dessert. I have to post the pictures.

My mom and I have a great meal and Tara was a bartender and server and is so kind. We had great service and a great meal!

One Sunday afternoon, we visited the Outback Steakhouse in Lake Forest, CA, for a family lunch. I was pleased to see that this location had joined the BOGO deal, which made our meal even more enjoyable.

Our server was helpful and friendly. When we asked for recommendations, he took the time to explain the menu and helped us choose the best options. He also let us know that we could order a half-size portion of the Blooming Petals appetizer, which was a great option for sharing. His knowledge and warm attitude really enhanced our dining experience.

Here’s what we ordered:
• Blooming Petals Appetizer (half-size portion)
• 13 oz Ribeye with Steakhouse Mac & Cheese
• Ribs with Asparagus
• Crock French Onion Soup
• Kingsland Pasta (Steak & Shrimp)

It took some time for all of our orders to arrive, but our server was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. His great service made the wait much more manageable.

For our first visit, we had a good meal in a welcoming environment, and I’ll definitely be back!

We got seated right away. Steak was a bit salty. The steak and shrimp was ok.

Promote Jeremy to Manager Immediately he is The BEST!!!

Jeremy was awesome to work with with. He is most attentive and is by far one of the best servers I’ve cam in contact with and I have eaten in many restaurants. His service technique is what you would expect see in high end restaurants. He has the temperament to be a restaurant supervisor or trainer.
