We come from out of town to see Sydney because she always treats us like family and offers unparalleled and exemplary service each and every time. Highly recommend coming in for lunch to see her, you won't be disappointed!

The food was exceptionally good this time. Staff was friendly and our servers were on top if it this time. Our visit the time before was bad. Meat was fatty and server was rude. So, we didn't go back for about a year and a half , and then we decided to give them another chance the other night , it was absolutely excellent. Prices were even more reasonable than I remembered all in all.It was a great experience and a fun friday night out.

Went in for a quick bite before a movie last night, our server was Avery. She was very knowledgeable about gluten-free options and offered a variety of suggestions with details about new menu items. She was quick and on top of things to make sure we had stellar service and got out in time. Will be coming back for sure!

Came with my mom and had a great experience ! Ordered the sirloin and grilled shrimp and was very pleased with the service and quality, also what a coincidence that our waitress Avery N. had the same name! Thank you for an amazing dining experience!

This is my go to place for steaks. Never had an issue. Just don’t do their curbside pickup because they don’t seem to notice so they won’t come out. Edit: Oh…. just discovered they forgot to pack a baked potato. 🙄

We came all the way from Long Beach to try Outback Steakhouse and visit family and it was absolutely worth it! From the moment we walked in, the hosts greeted us with big smiles that made us feel right at home. Our server, Christian Reynolds, was fantastic and attentive the entire evening, making sure everything was perfect.

It was my grandfather’s 93rd birthday, and since he is a veteran, the entire staff came out to sing happy birthday to him. He was so touched that he broke into tears. It was one of the most special moments our family has ever shared, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the kindness of the team here.

The manager Jared went above and beyond with his service and made sure everything ran smoothly. You can tell he truly cares about his guests. He not only went above and beyond to make sure the restaurant runs smoothly but also escorted us to our car because my grandfather couldn’t get in the car alone. You could truly tell he was a loving father from the bear hug he gave my grandfather. Jared truly made this restaurant feel like home and I highly recommend this to anyone in the area!

I am a 67 year old disabled veteran, I have the inability to walk and stand due to my years of serving my country, very proud and thankful of April, she was able to assist me , overall the steak was great and her service of pushing me around to get where I needed to be in lightened me , thank you April

A restaurant truly lives and dies by their service. April…. thank you. Just thank you. What an incredible evening she made the night. She went as far as cutting my son’s steak in small pieces. What a great establishment and service, would have fooled me thought I was a 5 star steakhouse in Spain!

Before heading back home in LA we stopped for a quick dinner. It was a very busy Friday evening and expected to wait or not so great service but we were surprised to be seated fairly quick and was very pleased with the service we received from our server April. She was very sweet and knew that we were eager to get back on the road, making sure everything was right and made us feel prioritized. We noticed she wasn’t only giving us great service but watched her treat other tables with the same kindness and hospitality.

Exceptional Service That Made Our Night!
I had the pleasure of dining at Outback Steakhouse recently, and I just have to give a huge shoutout to our server April Scott! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.

She was incredibly friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and had great timing when checking in on our table. She knew the menu inside and out, gave awesome recommendations (that bloomin’ onion was spot-on!), and made sure our drinks were always full.

What really stood out was her upbeat attitude and how she made the whole experience feel personal. You could tell she cared about her job and making sure we had a great time — and we absolutely did.
If every server was this thoughtful and professional, dining out would always be a 10/10 experience. Outback is lucky to have someone like her on the team. We'll definitely be back — and requesting her section!
