Disappointing. No other customers in the store yet 3 employees made us wait 6 or 7 minutes for service. Place kinda dirty and chilly. Sweetener, stirrers, etc. behind the counter now so you have to ask for every single thing. Previous visit was fine. Now I won't go back. Used to love Peet's.

Music WAY TOO LOUD. Is this a cafe or a discoteque. Its so bad that it requires shouting to hold a conversation and forget about any phone calls you may need to make. Cafe music should be soft and in the background, but sadly due to lack of cultural refinement such accepted rules are easily overlooked !
