Peppinos Italian Family Restaurant - Foothill Ranch

This pizza is incredible. We went on a Wednesday at around 7:30 and there was no wait (though it was pretty busy). The deep dish takes a while, but it's worth waiting for. Our group tried the Little Star, the Pesto Chicken, and the Meateor all as deep dish pizzas, and oh my god were they delicious. Surprisingly, my favorite was the Little Star, despite the fact that it's meatless! We also tried the spicy chicken wings, which were solid though they were pretty mild. I wish we'd tried one of the pizzas as a thin crust pizza-- the thin crusts on the other tables looked really good, but I was incredibly satisfied with our deep dish extravaganza. I guess I'll have to come back to try more! :)

The food and service were ahead of our expectations. We absolutely enjoyed the ambience of this restaurant. First-rate place to take my family out for lunch.

SO GOOOOOOD. I always order Italian combo as deep dish and garlic cheese bread. So... So.. Good. I have it at least once a month and its still as great for take out as it is dining in.

I would have to agree with most of the review here. this place has one of the best pizzas I ever had. We had the classic deep dish pizza with sausage cheese, and tomatoes. It was perfectly cooked down to the crust. Deep dish pizza is a must. On the other hand. The chicken wing appetizer is plain so it is ok to skip it. This place gets crowded for dinner so make sure you have your party before you come or else you will have to wait.

At the moment you step in that place the stuff gives you a great feeling. Very congenial waiters, it is a good place to hang out with friends and colleagues or with your date. Great food, specialist chief cook and stuff, good price and excellent service. Highly recommended.

I admire this place! They give great meals, their menu is large, The cook in that restaurant is very experienced, I like very much trying all their dishes. The dishes are consistently fresh and tasty, the attitude towards the visitors is efficient. I often go to this restaurant and I not even once was disappointed. I recommend it to all my friends.

This was the first time I visited this restaurant, and I am very glad that I did. They strive to provide us the best service that exceeds our expectations. Delicious foods! I will never look for another restaurant again for sure. I will bring my whole family and friends to this restaurant for sure. I am very glad that I was able to taste their magnificent foods. They never fail me on my high expectations as well. A great ambiance was a huge help for me to eat well. Such an amazing service!

We were here last Monday and ordered 2 pizzas and a Lasagna and everything was excellent the service was great would recommend to anyone

I arranged for a large group to eat at this restaurant while we were visiting from out of town for a sporting event. It was our coach's birthday and we wanted to celebrate. I called well in advance, made a reservation for 26 people and explained that we would need checks separated by family. I then called the day before to speak to the manager and confirm the reservation to ensure they would be properly staffed. Despite my efforts, when we arrived, there was only one person assigned to wait on us and they had put our tables outside on a chilly evening. Luckily they had put heaters so we were OK, but no one told me that during the booking process and I would have warned the people in our party to dress warmly. The one waitress that was serving us was rude, she was clearly not happy to have to deal with us, and told us we all had to be on one check. I explained that I had spoken to the manager and that we could group together to make less checks, but we could not do one big check as that would be too complicated. A person in our party also had an allergy and when they told her about it, she appeared annoyed, which concerned them so they left and went somewhere else. She was very unhappy and made it very obvious. It took over 45 minutes to get drinks (and come to find out several of the kids never even got a drink at all, not even water) and we weren't served our food until an hour and a half of waiting. It was a horrible experience and ruined what should have been a nice evening. I tried to call and speak to the manager 3 times after to let him know so that he could be aware of the issues that occurred, but he was never available to speak to me.

Very welcoming environment, first time going and the service was top notch! Gave us plenty of time to eat our meals and always made sure to check in on us. One waiter almost gave us another table's order after we ate, whoops! Nonetheless I felt content and very satisfied with the place. :)
