Great food but over the years of going there they started skimping on the meat. Our go to is the charbroiled beef pho and we absolutely love just wish they gave more meat like they did the first few times we ate there!

Great food, so so service, reasonable prices (sort of). My kids love this place for the tofu, rice and beef broth. My wife and I will order occasionally as well. The pho is actually great, no complaints there. Where they lost me was when they decided to charge $3.75 for soda water from the soda fountain. Shame on all the restaurants charging for this. It has zero capital impact to the business and is just down right theft. We will most likely be back because of our kids but I will abstain from ordering for myself again.

Like some of my fellow yelp*ers; it was a solid, middle-of-the-road, experience. Would I go back? Sure! When I do revisit Pho Ha Noi, I will need to try the bún cha. Hanoi-style rice vermicelli with grilled pork/meatballs; known as Bun Cha Hanoi in Vietnam. Bún cha is one of Hanoi's most popular dishes. It's the Northern Vietnamese equivalent of the bun thit nuong from Southern Vietnam. The two dishes are similar in using rice noodles with grilled pork, served with a sweet chili dipping sauce and bountiful platter of fresh Vietnamese herbs. But there are very slight differences that most people may not notice. In Bún cha Hanoi, the meat is separated from the noodles. It actually sits in the dipping sauce. You load up noodles with your chopsticks, dunk it in the sauce; then enjoy it with pork and Vietnamese herbs. Note: I am no connoisseur; had to do some research to learn more about it. Bun thit nuong is one of my all time favorite Vietnam'ee dishes. The order: Combination Pho/Pho Dac Biet x2 ($13.50) Two orders, to-go To-go orders - The broth was flavorful; not too greasy or salty. However, the meat was a tad stringy & tough. (I'm not a fan of the prepackaged hoisin & chili sauce.) Photo - Spring Rolls/Goi Cuon ($8.50) Sloppily made; too loose. After cutting in half; roll started to fall apart due to poor wrapping. Photo - The Spring Rolls were tasty but poorly wrapped; sloppy and loose. The peanut sauce was very good; tasted as it if was made in-house. The hoisin & sriracha were accompanied in the to-go order I placed before leaving. I've never been a fan of prepackaged sauces, unless there's NOTHING else available. (i.e. - Ketchup, Chinese Mustard, chili sauce, etc.) These are perfect for roadtrips & camping but only if it's all that is available. At home, I will sometimes use a black truffle oil sriracha and lime cilantro hoisin sauce. (Thumbs up) Overall, a solid Three Star rating. Food: 3+ Service: 3 Ambiance: 3 Value: 3

Very very good. Love their fried spring rolls served with green leaf lettuce, fresh mint and Thai basil and pickled veggies. Always arrive quickly and piping hot. I always get the beef salad. Lettuce, Thai basil, jalapeños and a pile of fresh crunchy bean sprouts topped with tasty charred beef. Light citrusy dressing. Very refreshing. Good size portions, great prices, friendly servers.

We got pho here on a random weekday night. Restaurant did not feel super clean or organized. We sat at a random table and got an order of pho and spring roll. Pho was average as well as the spring roll but hubby doesn't discern and is a pho fiend so it didn't matter. Okay food but for the price, it's okay

Great service and good food! I got the tofu spring rolls and veggie and tofu mix with side of rice. I think they marinate their tofu with something bc the consistency and texture of it was delicious. My friend got the beef pho and mentioned it hit the spot so this will def be my go to for viet food now !

Ordered the shrimp pho and bun Bo hue. It was delicious and the broth was very flavorful! Our server was the only one working in the front and she was very time efficient given how busy it was. The food came out within 10 minutes of ordering, I was surprised. The prices are also not bad at all and the serving size is enough to have you leaving full and satisfied. This will definitely be a regular spot for pho now :)

I've only done takeout for this place. The pho dac biet has always been a solid choice. Just wanted to upload an updated version of the menu for my own sanity.

Rude service and mediocre food. The "charred pork" looks suspiciously like bacon and I had fatty pieces of meet floating in my soup.

The only difference between the large and small size is the bowl. U can count five to six pieces of meat. Smoky place and no service.
