I know it's playoffs but cmon!!!! At least say your backed up or can't take any more orders instead of robbing people. The dough is not cooked! We ordered for a party and it's so soft and gooey it's gross!! How embarrassing. The wings too are pink inside omg! worst experience I've had so far.

Ordered delivery for 2 pizzas, after an hour I called to check on the stays since no one arrived. I was told the system crashed and they lost the order and I wasn’t charged. Well I still wanted dinner so I ordered again, after another hour no one arrived it. 2 hours and no pizza, I look at my account and I was charged twice. I call the store again and I was told that the pizzas were in the “warmer” as they didn’t have a driver to take them. As now Pizza Hut new policy, they use a third party for deliveries. And the 3rd party isn’t showing up for them. Most ridiculous experience with ordering pizza in my life. Will never use Pizza Hut again after hearing they don’t even deliver pizza themselves anymore. Total clown show

We had the pizza buffet lunch ($14.99 includes pizza, salad, drinks and breadsticks). Lunch was so good! We were able to make special requests for the pizzas as well. Shout out to Erick!He is the manager and he is super nice and friendly, we will definitely come back here for lunch/dinner. Thank you!

The worst pizza store that I have ever ordered from!! I ordered some New Yorker pizzas for my office staff and they sent only cheese pizzas by mistake!! That was a big embarrassment for me that day! They were supposed to give some credit to my account but after 2 weeks they say that it is expired!!! They pass clients to each other and no one is responsive. DO NOT EVEN STOP THERE!!!!

Pizza Hut has farmed out deliveries to Door Dash. Doordash stole my order and then cancelled. Pizza Hut employee told me the owner had fired all the dedicated drivers and then has been a horrible last few weeks as this continues to happen. Will no longer be ordering.

It was a good pie, exactly as I ordered, they beat the time that they had estimated by at least 10 minutes. However, the temperature was a bit on the cooler side. Otherwise, a great experience.

I rarely go to the Hut but I found myself in foothill ranch looking for a solid pizza but to my surprise I got good pizza and 5 star service. The store leader personally put love and care into packing up my food so much so that it felt like a home made meal. I Will be coming back and bringing my friends. Thanks Reed for the great service!

Ordered here more times than I should.Always manage to mess up my order!Weird older guy with a thick accent makes my family super uncomfortable, he always demands a tip and won't leave our door until we've put something in the tip area. Ew!
