Redshift Coffee Roasters

Impressive array of barista skills, matcha, espresso, classy layers and latte art! It's all rolled into a rather dull and pale inside unable to match atmosphere to coffee craft. Us two went for a banana latte, fancy green tea, and a breakfast bagel. The colors! No wonder Yelp puts this tops for the area. If only I could order from Indiana.

Good coffee! I got their special for the month, which honestly could have been a hit or miss. And the barista knows what they're talking about and helped explain the different menus really well, which I appreciated because all other cafes I've visited in the US did not have this level of service. Maybe because they're also a roastery?

The food was also good. Got an avocado toast.

Plenty of seating. Also parking spots.

Oh, and if you buy a bag of beans you get one free coffee!

I was hoping to really like this place but unfortunately it seems like the coffee and matcha aren’t as good as some of the reviews made me believe. The coffee tasted watered down and a little bitter. The matcha was also watery and not completely stirred in. If you are looking for coffee worth the price unfortunately this place isn’t it

The best oat latte and apple turnovers in OC . And I tried every place in OC .

Updating: This place is a solid 5 star!! more I go there more I like.
Staff there are alway friendly but don’t take too much chatting time when people are waiting. I love this. Also, while customers thank staff most coffee shop Red shift staff thank me. It’s like in Japan! I’ve been to this place about 5 times and coffee is consistently excellent.

Their coffee was good that I even bought a bag of roasted coffee. Friendly Russian guy was their roaster and he knew his stuff. Limited baked goods but I’ll go back there just for their coffee.

They really shouldn’t sell pour over single origin. Their “coffee drink” may be good but not the real coffee. Tbh I had the worst pour over coffee in my life here and I know it’s not the beans, it’s how it was brewed :(
