I ordered pho for takeout, and before mixing all the ingredients, I tried some of the steak and brisket. There was a strange smell and taste to the meat that I can't really describe, almost a bit like spoiled butter? It doesn't carry too much into the final product when you add the broth and everything else, but still I didn't want to finish it. Maybe it's just a subjective difference in tastes.

I will go back. The pho was very good and full of stuff, I like that. Couple of complaints, Pepsi and Diet Pepsi my friend and I received tasted like medicine. Most likely due to bad mixture of syrup and carbonated water. I had her exchange it with regular iced tea, omg, even worse. You guys gotta taste your drinks every day. That’s good management. Even the water tasted awful. Otherwise, good place. Next time, I’ll take my own water or get a fresh coconut. They can’t screw that up.

This place has very bad customer service. Warning don't come here. Their customer service is really terrible. My husband and I came in and added our name to the wait list but they disregarded it and sat other people who came in after us who didn't even put their names down. That's so unprofessional. There are lots if other pho places with much better service to go to in the areaso we went elsewhere.

We have been coming to this place since it first opened up and the service has always been great but not today. We came in with a sleeping toddler and they sat us at a table with regular chairs. We saw there was a booth open and asked if we could take it since it would allow us to be more comfortable while holding a toddler. The employee said no, that that specific booth was for a party of 8. We'll directly behind us was a couple with the same race as the employee and they requested that booth and guess what she did not hesitate to sit them there. Absolutely rude.

The food is good but the behavior of the short hair no glasses waitress is very bad, I know she did nothing bad to me but her behave when greet customer look very boring and affect my meal a lot.
