Nothing can explain the taste of pho. Two bones dive into the soup in the big bowl. It tastes really smooth, chewy, and deep/savory. Everybody should be happy when you have a bite.

I have been to the vast majority of pho restaurants in south OC, and Simply Pho is by far the best. Accessibility, the broth, the meat and noodles are all great.
Every time I come in, I order as I’m getting seated and I don’t even look at the menu: The Brisket Pho is the best. Also try the tofu spring rolls.
