This place has very bad customer service. Warning don't come here. Their customer service is really terrible. My husband and I came in and added our name to the wait list but they disregarded it and sat other people who came in after us who didn't even put their names down. That's so unprofessional. There are lots if other pho places with much better service to go to in the areaso we went elsewhere.

We have been coming to this place since it first opened up and the service has always been great but not today. We came in with a sleeping toddler and they sat us at a table with regular chairs. We saw there was a booth open and asked if we could take it since it would allow us to be more comfortable while holding a toddler. The employee said no, that that specific booth was for a party of 8. We'll directly behind us was a couple with the same race as the employee and they requested that booth and guess what she did not hesitate to sit them there. Absolutely rude.

I ate here a few months ago. I prefer to eat outside, so I went in, ordered at the counter, pre-paid so I don't have to wait for the check. I even left a generous tip thinking I troubled them to bring the food outside.
The food is not bad. hit the spot. The drink? I had to ask twice and still didn't get it, so I had to go inside and request. Apparently the person taking my order clocked himself out but didn't properly hand off status to his coworker.
Finished the food, Stood up and leave. One of his coworker chased after me and yelling at me for payment. I simply showed him the receipt. He looked at it and return to store, without apology.
I guess these staff members never talked to each other.

It's pho. But it's not "great" pho. Just adequate. The broth is thin and not robust as it could be. Not a lot of meat in the bowl (literally 3 slices). Disappointing experience. Pricey. Not a great value.

This is my first time at Simply PHO. I love Pho Thai but I haven’t found one that has good quality beef. The broth and noodles were delicious but the quality of the meat was not to my liking. The meat was tough and had fat. The ambiance was humble. I might come back and try their veggie pho. There’s plenty of parking.
I'm a contractor and have my favorite spots all over Southern California. Simply Phò is one of my favorite spots. They have great portions, great service & a modern vibe. Always clean. They keep your drinks filled, the food is delicious ? and there's always plenty of parking!

I love Simply Pho. Ever since I’ve tried pho, I’ve been going every week for what my husband and i dub Pho Fridays. The service is amazing too and the servers are literally the sweetest! I usually order the pho with rib bone and the meat comes out SO soft and the broth and noodles so savory. I love coming here!
