Krak Boba is praised for having the best boba in town and a cool, chill atmosphere. The shop features a unique card theme, with games on the tables that kids enjoy, making it a fun place to hang out. They offer a great rewards program, where guests can get a free drink with their order when they join. Krak Boba caters to dietary restrictions with different types of milk and has delicious drinks, including a great traditional milk tea and the popular Moon Princess. The staff is super nice and the service is quick, even when the shop is busy. The store has a nice sitting area with couches and board games, allowing customers to relax while they wait for their drinks, creating an enjoyable experience for everyone.
