Stopped by this location for the first time this morning. I’ll start with the positive, bathroom doesn’t require a code, some seating by the entrance with outlets, friendly staff.
Cons: Really small location. Not much seating, one long table across the middle of the room and 3 small tables right beside the entrance which is where I sat because that’s where the outlets were for charging. Now how this goes along with the next issue, not sure if they have a drive through or not but this place got a lot of foot traffic (which is good for the business), but for someone like me who generally spends 2-3 hours doing work in the lobby, it did get distracting. All this and I was only there for 10 minutes. Overall 3 ⭐️

We did a order pickup for are two drinks i specifically put extra ice i get my drink it has barely any ice, my friends drink we put no water put milk they put water, for $11 and for both drinks to not be correct that is stupid.

There was a fly cruising inside where they have their pastries so I told the lady working her shift that to be nice but then she just told me that they don't sell those pastries and they are for display only and didn't even care.
Who would want to order food where they see a fly flying around inside a closed cabinet huh?

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. The barista was incredibly rude when I politely asked about my matcha order, which was missing the strawberry cold foam and syrup. Instead of offering assistance, she responded with an attitude, insisting everything was correct.
My coworker, who also went in to help, was refused service when he asked for syrup to improve the drink, even though he was willing to pay. This is the worst Starbucks I’ve encountered, and it's frustrating since it's the only one near my workplace. I ended up throwing away my drink because it was inedible. Very disappointed and unlikely to return.

Entire team is customer-focused and I noticed that from my experience with a manager, unfortunately I forgot to get her name. I had a very unusual request and the manager who helped me stayed late to help. This does not go unnoticed. Keep up the good work!

Nikita rocks the drive-thru! What a super friendly and personable guy. He was engaging with the car in front of us and they told him he should be a voice actor, because he has a great voice which is perfect for the drive-thru. Once it was our turn, we also got amazing service and attention. If you’re having a bad day, a chat with Nikita and your favorite beverage will make it better. He’s a star!

Too loud with music being blasted as though it is for the employees and because it is small, when more customers are inside talking, it becomes a little too loud.
