Habit Burger & Grill

I always go to the one in Aliso Viejo and always liked the food but this time I went to this one because I had a flier in the mail for free sandwiches but I had to buy something for three dollars which I was okay with but what I didn’t like was the size of the sandwich and being extremely greasy this sandwich came with a very small and tiny piece of a chicken which was very much smaller than the ones that I had at the other one in Aliso Viejo. I think this was very disrespectful because they should have explained that what exactly I’m going to get for a free sandwich although I had to spend three dollars to get the free sandwich which was a lot of money for that sandwich that I had to throw away after a bite. This was a very nasty and expensive meal for me.

I had a coupon for a burger or a chicken club. They were 2 separate orders both good for same length of time. I assumed if my friend and I both ordered the burger I would have the other separate free chicken club for another time. The cashier refused took the coupon and ripped it up. Poor customer service. Habit owes me free chicken clubs.

Cooked to order burgers and sandwiches. Also salads, shakes.

It's a place I occasionally go to for lunch but recently their burgers have become very tasteless and since I've encountered the same problem more than once I've decided not to go there again. Their fries and other products are very good and I'm giving the business 2 stars because of the burgers.

Restaurant was clean, you order at the kiosk. Food comes out quick & fresh. Always recommend the tempura green beans. They're so good !

The menu is great and they know what to add to it and when to do it , there no points to be taken away from this establishment, keep it up as your welcome increases in the community.

This was my first time there. The burger and fries were pretty good. The lady putting the orders out wasn't that friendly. We got a text that our food was ready and went up to get it, and she said "no, I'll call your number out when it's ready." Kind of insinuating we were stupid for coming up for the order... when we were texted to do so. Anyway, not a big deal, but she didn't have to have an attitude about it.

Visit was okay. Ordered take out from inside the restaurant and mine and my 1 year olds burger was cooked but my husband's burger was completely raw inside and not appealing to eat at all! Fries and green beans were good but definitely had it ruined by the way undercooked burger.

Consistently... a good meal to be had here.

In N Out and Cars Jr. arent even CLOSE to Habit Burger in terms of taste and quality, first off. Place was clean, electronic kiosk makes it easy to order even though some older folks may not like it. Shoutout to Alejandro who maintained exceptional professionalism and service while I waited for my food and watched some other customers be difficult. He understands hospitality better than a lot of veteran servers and restaurant industry people that Ive worked with in my 15 year career. Also, the burger was fresh and delicious, as were the chicken bites.
