Ordered through the app. Asked for a soft taco instead of hard and no sour cream on two items. None of these were correct. They also forgot to give me a drink. And it took about 20 minutes to get our food.
To put it as clean and simply as I can, my trip to this Taco Bell lead to it coming out of both ends.there was a man throwing a temper tantrum in front of me while the manager was egging him on and being awfully unprofessionally rude to her employee, Zach who the only one who treated us well there. Also 20 minutes for 2 burritos is insane.
