This facility is going downhill, the maintenance is almost non-existent, and the service is at a level that does not represent the Jack in Box very well.
Just spent $40 for them to not actually blend the shake and for them to make my burger completely wrong ( I didn’t go get it or i wouldn’t be writing this) i normally look at all my food before i leave but the person who got it didn’t do so but this isn’t the first time this has happened..

We haven't received our food yet as we had a rather big order for being after hours. But, I wanted to send a big shout out to the lady who had taken our order in the drive-thru. She was amazing very polite, great manners, and most of all she had wonderful customer service. Something lots of people are lacking in these days. Thank you for being a great customer service representative!

Jack in the Box offers satisfactory service for a fast-food restaurant. While not gourmet, the food is fantastic and fresh. Employees work hard, even when understaffed, and provide honest and respectful service. The drive-thru can be slow, with long wait times to be acknowledged, but the food is hot and ready when it arrives. Overall, it's not a horrible experience, but the pace of service can be improved.
