stopped by for the first time today. super friendly people. got some quesabirria tacos that were delicious.
I’m basing this on one item I’ve tried from this food stand. I ordered the “Quesabirrias” along with a Green Apple Fruit Slushee. The “Quesabirrias” we’re bland. They were tacos, not quesabirrias. The meat was soft and tender but no flavor. They added cilantro, onions, and a green salsa which is fine, how they should be dressed, but they did not ask me if I wanted all those add-ons.
