But in addition in my experience the owner, Jen goes the extra mile... we recently had an issue where delivery was delayed beyond her control and we were on our way to the hospital with our son. She went out of her way to go back to our house for us and put the food into our fridge at home and she actually even delivered the food at the hospital so that we could have healthy things to eat that day while we were in the hospital. It meant a lot and it's customer service that is so rarely seen anymore.. I really appreciate it and will continue to come back over and over whenever we are doing cleanses...“

Awesome music with bass, friendly employees and faster at making your drinks than other boba places I've been to. “They do offer vegan items. They do offer juices, yet the combinations are misleading because they aren't proper food combining. Just because two items are good for certain organ it doesn't mean that if they are taking together they can be good for that organ. Many juice places do not offer proper food combining they're not nutritionist nor help coaches they just see what is good for a certain organ without realizing that they can know each other out. The workers were wonderful very generous happy and pleasant to be around. Really good prices. Nowhere in the store did it say that any of the vegetables or fruits were organic heads up. And nowhere in the store does it state that they do their fruits and vegetables separate area from actual meats so there can be bacteria from any kind of animal product unless it states otherwise. It was a nice experience and my carriages was delicious.“

“I usually come in person when I get movita. And it's usually pretty good when made correctly. With the exception of noticing some of the food items being made differently than what it's supposed to. (My bf pointed this out one of the last times we went in), but I let it be out of sympathy due to not knowing if the person making our drinks/food was new or not. (Which I know is silly because it can potentially cause someone to have an allergic reaction). But today, I ordered through doordash because I was busy and didn't have the time to go out to norwalk to get my usuals. Just to find out I got something completely different (and not even my order), I know it's mostly the dashers' fault for not checking prior. But even with the fact that that's what he told me, they gave him ( not sure if he used my name or not). Now I'm left with something completely different and waiting on my refund because I didn't get the chance to get dasher credit to reorder my order. 🙄 now I don't even know if I should reorder and hope for the best or just get something else so I'm not dropping 25+ on something I'm not even getting.“
