I went here during weekday lunch and it was busy. It seems like they were busier than usual or short staffed. I successfully ordered my first item without dairy, but they must have not heard the second item's customizations and included sour cream. Service and food were awful. The dine in experience was even worse. The lobby wasn't busy at all, but the customer service was pretty bad. Pretty much for almost 10 minutes, I was never acknowledged. I just stood at the register waiting to be helped. To make matters worse, there was not even a menu on the wall to order from, I had to resort to my phone and pull up a menu. No menu on the wall. Wall are clean. We did the dine in, walked in, saw the order kiork.Got the classic combo $5!!I don't know any place a combo for $5 with drink!Not too busy, easy Sunday cheap date. I'm happy! Restroom for the lady is clean.Friendly staff. I would work here?
